Shipping
We currently offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders within Australia.
Order Dispatch
- All orders are dispatched from our head office at West Melbourne, Australia
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched
Delivery Timeframes
- Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days from the time of purchase. Delivery may be faster for customers within Victoria.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier services
- Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and delays may occur due to factors outside our control (such as courier delays, peak periods, or public holidays)
- Customers can choose Click & Collect by notifying our team via order notes, email or phone. Once your order has been processed, you will be advised when it is ready for collection. If the door is locked upon arrival, please ring the doorbell for assistance.

Returns & Refunds
We fully comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Under the ACL, you are entitled to a refund or replacement, if a product:
- Is faulty or defective
- Is not as described
- Has a major failure
These rights cannot be excluded.
Change of Mind policy
Due to hygiene and medical considerations, we may not be able to accept change-of-mind returns, unless required by law.
If a change-of-mind return is accepted:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer

How to Report a Faulty product or Request an exchange
If your product is faulty or damaged:

Refund Processing
Approved refunds (for faulty items) will be returned to your original payment method
